Hi, I’m Shobha.

I work at the intersection of systems, decisions, and software. I’m interested in how complex choices are made — by people, organizations, and machines — and how we can make those decisions more observable, explainable, and humane.

I recently formalized these ideas through the Decision Traces framework and an open-source SDK.

This site is my personal archive. It’s a mix of essays, experiments, artifacts, and stories. Some posts are original writing. Others are links to work published elsewhere. All of it is part of an ongoing notebook of ideas.

Outside of work, I’m interested in leadership, learning, and the everyday logic behind how we build lives and systems.
